OK boys and girls...now that Hankster the prankster bankster is back...

I've got my 15 year employment anniversary coming up, and I found out I get to pick out my own gift, up to $750, so you get to guess what I chose.

OK, so for $750 of seed money Hank can get a clue, invest that at x% interest and then in y-years he could finally get a sense of humor.

Here's a hint...Jack just fell off the "share with friends" list...but he can buy his way back on for, say, $750.

Ding, ding, ding...we have a winner!!! Even a boarder is sharper than Jack. I'm getting the compact portable from Ed at EZ-Slalom. With a couple of upgrades and leaving off the two anchors that I'll get on my own, Ed was able to get it to my door for the $750. Way to go Ed!! It's always more fun spending somebody else's money. To make the deal even sweeter, a ski buddy is buying into half of it, so I get a course for free and $375 spending money...yeah, baby!

Now you'll get to follow a total course newbie in the spring, from installation lessons and mishaps to rookie course results, so we'll see how much I can progress in one season. I can't wait!...and I know you can't either!

EXCELLENT!!! I think the Wicked Wench of the West used her crystal ball, however, no fair.

You'll have to keep us posted (as opposed to disappearing) on the spring events. I shudder to think you could actually be helpful, but I've been thinking about a course for several seasons now and may bite the bullet this spring.

And yeah, I read the copious thing three times scanning for 'amounts.' ;)
