HAHAHAH! My wife is a twin, not identical, but they BOTH had the augmentation done within a month of each other.  lol 

Anyway, I grabbed her the Hyperlite Logic CGA. It has molded chest cups. At least that's what they say. It's just extra material in that area. Can't really tell to be honest. 
Here's the thing I quickly realized. 
Le natural boobies, have significantly more squish. So while a well endowed lady might be able to get away with wearing her "normal" size vest, not so after extra flotation implementation. 

We tried the Medium and we both laughed as the zipper was about to pop, so a large it is, but the vest does have enough relief with the chest cups (now I see the benefit) to really sinch up the waist with the straps and keep the twins happy.
