13 and up vride ballast change

Hey guys and gals, I’ve ran into a little problem, it seems my ballast pump in the rear locker under the floor has taken a crap. It’s the drain pump. Can anyone tell me how to get to it? I’ve searched everywhere and it seems to be one of life’s great mysteries! Lol. If I can figure it out, I’m going to just replace both on both in the floor tanks while I’ve got it apart. And advice will be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue on a 2006 VLS and can't seem to locate the pumps?  Do I need to cut out the floor on each side in the storage locker or is there an access panel I am missing?  Anyone have a pump layout?

I have heard that the floor has to come up. On the 13 they are located at the main back of the locker under the floor. I know where mine are at but I have no idea how to remove and replace them. It’s so damn frustrating! They have been doing fine just slow for quite some time now and finally the one side took a crap lol.

On my 2011 V-Ride there are carpeted access panels on either side of the engine against the transom. They are about 8" X 10" and 2" tall. Each panel has two phillips SS screws you need to remove to gain access to below the floor.

There are also two at the forward end of the rear lockers. Not sure which panels contain the correct pumps.
