boat ramp disasters

That pic has been around for YEARS. It never fails to pucker me up though.

There's another one with the crane there and it all strapped up to be lifted back onto the trailer if I recall.

There's a pic in the back of a recent Trailer Boats magazine of a Wakesetter on the pavement near the ramp. Cry.gif

Oh, wait, one less slacker on the water. . .slalom skiers unite!!!

Three weeks ago one of our ski club members sprayed Pledge on his bunks. It was great, the boat ('06 RLXI) slid right on after skiing.

Several days later as we started to launch the boat...it slid half way off. The rudder and prop hit sand at the lake shoreline and kept the boat from going completely off the trailer.

Smashed the prop, and after putting on the spare realized the the rudder will never be quite right again.
