2008 Wakesetter Service Required

Hello everyone.

I have a 2008 Wakesetter that I recently had a broken throttle lever (retaining clip broke). While I have been working on that issue I wanted to get everything else ready for the season. I connected my batteries so I could test my new wedge actuators that I installed. I turned the key to the on position (boat still off) and I get a "service required" message. The codes are below. After more research I realized these are all related to the throttle. The mistake I believe I made was I never plugged in the throttle. I plugged the throttle back in but I am still getting this message. I know before pulling the throttle out I didnt have this issue. Is there any way to clear this fault or will I need to take it to the dealer?
