Looking at a 09 Sunscape vs, Vlx. What is the major difference between the 2 models?

Maybe some kind of factory ballast setup?

The VLX used to be known as the Sunsetter VLX... maybe Sunscape is similar?

I think (could be wrong) the Sunscape was the same boat minus ballast and tower. Eventually they stopped making Sunscapes.. only offering Wakesetters.

These is from the Sunscape pages in the 2008 catalog. They made every hull length as a Sunscape. It was sort of their “luxury runabout” model. I am guessing they were a bit cheaper, can’t imagine they made very many.

Used to be Sunscape = Diamond hulls and less ballast and Wakesetters = wake hulls and more ballast... but even that was very blurry as you could order Fakesetters which had wakesetter graphics but were Sunscapes and blah blah blah...  Eventually they streamlined.  Clear as mud?  :)
