Good afternoon.  I have a 2016 LSV 23.  I cant hear the Surf Gate alarm when switching sides.  I have alarms on.  Any ideas?

Mine works only when I have the stereo ON. If for some reason, I turned of the stereo off then I do not hear the horn when switching.

Go into the stereo settings and there is a volume control for it. I think it has three levels and off. It will only work when the stereo is on as they run it through the tower speakers.

2016 has a separate buzzer on the back of the boat. 2017+ go through the tower speakers.

No. It's simply a 12 volt circuit.

Has it always been this quiet? If so, it is what it is. If not, it may need replacement.

On 2016s, has anyone tried to replace the factory beeper with a louder back up beeper, horn or alarm?  Mine works in my 2016, but it is very hard to hear.
