Calling all 2015-2016 Response LXR Owners (Windshield help)

Recommended Posts

I recently had the misfortune of having the starboard side windshield smashed on my 2002 Response LX. I have been in contact with Pacific Coast Marine and they no longer have the capability to manufacture a replacement piece of glass or even the frame. They are being very helpful with sending some templates to see if any other of their patterns will work however, I am wondering if a windshield from the 2015-2016 LXR model would fit on my older LX.

Would anyone with an LXR be willing to provide a few measurements of their windshield??

I'm not sure there's a single person on this site with an LXR.  I'd recommend finding a dealer selling one on onlyinboards.com or boattrader.com and ask them to do you a solid and measure.

It "should" work.  I think the LXR windshield is moved back a little bit from where the shield mounted on the Response, but I'd bet it works.
