2005 Trailer needs help

I wonder if y’all can help. We keep our boat on a lift and the trailer sits outside nearby at a storage facility. The boat/trailer are about 1.5 hrs from our house in Nashville. We are currently headed to Atlanta and since I haven’t checked on the trailer in a while, we swung by to look at it and found dry rot has taken out 2 of the tires. They looked like they exploded. 

I’m thinking about buying 4 wheels/tires tomorrow in ATL so I can replace on our way back to Nashville. But I don’t know the size.  They are chrome wheels on a dual axle Boatmate (I think) that we bought with our 05 VLX at Atlanta Inboard.  Thoughts on what they might be?
