'89 5.7l Merc. Fuel Line Replacement.

1989 5.7l Mercruiser, Ski Comp. 

I need to replace fuel line from pump to Carb.  Will one for a car be same size and bends? This is a hard line. 

 

Replacing Carb tomorrow, fuel line bolt is stripped. Gonna have to cut it off.

Sierra makes a good USCG approved braided soft line with crimped ends and 3/8 inverted flares in 25 and 31 inch long.  With a couple adaptor fittings, you should get it to work.  I got the adaptors I needed from summitracing.

@SummerSunsetter:  Different fittings are used to meet USCG regs, you might find one but it would take a deep dive search.  You can google Mercruiser parts and the specific item and some vendors will pop up that have the parts.  Michigan Motorz would also be a good place to start.
