Auto-resize images

@WakeGirl, lets work on this again and see if we can narrow it down to Live photos. I'll get a few pictures today as Normal and Live and see if it makes any difference as to upload failures.

This is a photo that wouldn't upload the other night when we were setting this up. Native iPhone 7+. It will upload today.

There goes our guess as to what the issue may be. It doesn't seem to be a repeatable problem with the bird photo above or the Live photo of my dock.

I don't take any of my photos live. I tried the brake pad picture when you first posted it and it didn't let me, then again this morning with another fail and worked the third time.  lol

Argh, I hate random issues like this. I have to go to work, so I'll check in later. Any testing that y'all are fixin' to do would be great.

Is taking the picture live when you do it from within the browser window on your phone?  I did that with one of those gym pics on my iPhone 6, 10.3.3, and it worked for me.  If that helps narrow down or rule out issues at all.
