Seat Bottom Material

Recommended Posts

Roush611

Can someone direct me to where I can get some new seat bottom "wood" for lack of better words.  Someone stood on my back corner seat this weekend and snapped it in half.  UGH! The material seems to be more of a plastic of some sort...

Search for Starboard or HDPE. Either material comes in varying thicknesses and easily machines with wood working tools.

Gainger and tap plastics are you best local suppliers, I've been going through a place on eBay with great results.

Nobody has done my skins.  When I purchased the boat the previous owner had skins from the prior owner for both rear lockers, and both of the long seats in the cabin.  I replaced those myself, but did not have any others ones made yet.
