I went to post a classified today but couldn't (for free). Am I still a member? How do I renew? Thanks!

you're a member, but not a subscriber ("Supporter" or "Chief")

From the "Ad Posting Rules":

* Ads are free for subscribers, $5 for non-subscribers

So, in order to post for free you have to pay $25-$50/year, otherwise you pay $5 to post once. I know I've paid for more than my membership (Chief) with the discounts I've received from vendors who sponsor discount codes.
