2nd boss 4 I think is what I will do. What does "running in stereo" have to do? I can see a surround sound in a home theater with movies playing sounds from left to right, or rear sounds only, but I thought speakers in a car all play the same?

What realistic wattage should I expect from the Boss 1000s? The polks are 55rms/165max

Two Wetsounds HT4s bridged to four Rev10s? Okay. A little thin. Maybe a better match with four Rev8s. For two pair of Rev10s you could run... Two bridged Wetsounds HT4s or HTX4s, or, Two bridged JL
