#1 I wish the boat and spray from the boat was sharper. I would think a low F stop was used. With the 6D you could bump your ISO up and increase your F stop up. So what was the F stop and shutter speed?

#2 Very nice shot. I would have photo shopped the water tower out.

#3 open the framing on the top a little.

#4 Love the shoot but wish the tow rope was not in front of the head. And its better if the head was not looking back! I know that is getting picky!

All of this is JMHO and does not mean $hit if you as a photographer like your shots. Do you shoot bursts in situations like the above shots?

If so you might have the opportunity to get a much cleaner but very similar shot.

1. I believe it was blown out and I couldnt save the spray area. Too much contrast midday. I think I was shooting F8-800-1/600

2. I kinda liked the tower...felt kinda like he was soarin over the city. haha.

3. Agreed. I cropped for 8-10 and should have cropped for best photo when putting on internet and ratio doesnt matter as much.

4. Agreed. I told him the photo sucks cause of his bulls*** grab haha.

I shoot burst sometimes but the 6D isnt nearly as fast as the 7D. so more often then not Im snapping 1 at takeoff, and 2 through the jump.

Im loving the feedback though. Most people I show them to just say DAMN THATS A GREAT SHOT...not helpful.

Yeper I look at one of my photos one day and say Oh Ya. Then weeks later its so so.... The one thing about digital is its cheep once you have the equipment. I also like trying to get them with the camera and not Photoshopping. Not that it never happens. And ya I am getting anal.

I shoot raw so I always have to touch it at least a little bit...but that generally means I need a lot more time to go through photos and then more editing....Maybe I should switch to JPEG
