The ones you mentioned and then depending on your year, there may be a fuse block under the dash.

As was asked, what year boat? My 2009 has 2 locations for fuses. One is on the back of the engine by the ECU and a second is located under the dash but is integrated into the Medallion instrumentation box. My 2002 Sunsetter was similar. This was in addition to the breakers under the throttle.
