My 8 year old slalomed and my 7 year old wakeboarded today

We spent about 7 hours on the water today and the kids had a blast. My 8 year old dropped a ski and slalomed for the first time. It took 6-8 tries but she skied away a bunch of times.

My 7 year old has been pestering me to wakeboard. He popped up first time then fell. Next time he popped up and boarded all around the lake. He had a blast. Tomorrow we will get pictures.

All told my 7 year old skied 3 times and wakeboarded twice and my 8 year old skied 4 times plus numerous tube rides mixed in the middle when the lake was rough.

What a great day.

I slalomed yesterday morning two sets in the course and am going to head out early tomorrow.

Here's my 8yr old her first time up last weekend. The smile on her face was priceless and worth the price of admission. She actually did a couple of accidental surface 180's, but looked cool doing it!
