Is there anyway I could bypass the regular switch for the runway lighting? I would like to turn them on anytime I want.

I got a $15 wireless remote switch on eBay. Works awesome.

Sure, remove the float switch and hardwire the leads. They will come on with the running lights.

Exactly how I have mine wired. Can sort of see them here.

Dealer didn't think so and because of that they did it for free (I have the float if I need to reinstall it). I am sure it depends on the state, but I haven't had any issues.

The white lights that run down the whole trailer. The typically only turn on when the trailer is submerged via a float switch. I have mine hard wired so they are on when the other lights are on.

Mine are always on...the trailer came from the dealer that way. I guess I just got lucky!

Do you happen to know if I cut the wires leading into that switch and connect them, will this bypass the switch and turn them on whenever the tail lights are on?
