05 vride come with depth gauge?

On my 05 vride have lake temp, hours,clock,outside temp all displayed at bottom of the speedo gauge in a digital readout. But when first turn key on it says all the options and says depth but can find a reading for that. Anybody know what that about?

Depth module was an option in the day. My 05 RLXI was originally ordered with out it. Still came up cycling through the display menu but with zero output. Presumably yours doesn't have the option either.

You can buy the parts and install it.

No worries. This is the module I installed in mine. Bakes Marine can supply them. You also need a transducer, of course.

Is the wiring there for it would just be plugging stuff in?

If i install one is it possible to link it to the existing temp/hours read out panel?

Mine was plug and play to the Medallion gauge box. Transducer plugs into the the depth module. Had to arrange 12V power supply.

It just comes up on the existing multi purpose LCD panel.
