wrong password or email

Hi new member here just joined today. I can sign into forum fine on my pc but when I try to sign in on my galaxy s5 with exact same email and password. I keep getting incorrect email or password message. Not using tapatalk. Thanks

Check to be sure that autocorrect on your phone isn't capitalizing the first letter. That one happens a lot.

Did check that. Must have tried about 15 times last night. (i work evenings) Just woke up logged on with pc no problem. Tried again on my galaxy s5 google chrome phone again. Same exact email and password. And I get the same error message (incorrect user name or password) frustrating. Have no problem at other forums. (ballofspray Supra forum) Might have to reset my password again. I reset password once yesterday and still didnt work. Maybe I should try resetting from phone

Well I guess its not meant to be. Hit lost password on my phone. Retreived password recovery email through phone. Copy and pasted new password on phone. Tried to log in 4 times still get wrong email or password message. Go to my pc. Put in new password sent to me. And get logged right in. Arghh

I had the exact same problem on my S5 as well, did a complete phone reset and it fixed it for a couple weeks then it screwed up again. I asked here as well to no avail. My new iphone 6 works perfectly now

Yeah, I just don't have an answer for that. Different devices have different quirks or even bugs, & we have no way of troubleshooting every device. That particular issue seems to be isolated to that specific device, & I don't have one to test on.

Try typing the password in a different spot (web browsers url bar, text message,...) then copy the password and paste it into the login prompt.

Tried typing my password in text message. Copied and pasted it to login and still get username or password incorrect. I dont see it being a device problem. As I have never had a problem logging into many other forums on my galaxy s5

That device is the common denominator so far as I can tell. No reports on that issue that I know of on other devices. Have you tried a different browser? That's the only other thing that I can think of.

Having the same issue with a Galaxy S6. No dice on reset, no dice on different browsers. If anyone figures this out it would be nice to hear about it.
