2010 LSV Amps not coming on

I have a 2010 LSV with 2 Exile Amps and 2 Kicker Amps and stock head unit. Only one Exile Amp is coming on and I cant figure out why the others aren't coming. I have checked battery connections and fuses that are hardwired between battery and amps and they all look good. There was a loose wire to battery but I fixed it and still nothing.

Check the "remote" wire, typically it's blue, and serves as a relay to tell the amps to turn on. A short jumper wire between the main power lead and the remote can help troubleshoot; Also, check the power leads with a multimeter. You need to check voltage (use the common ground on the amp or amp board) of both the remote and main power lead.
