05-08 VLX vs 05-08 Vride

I have a soft spot for those.. my first boarding behind a "real wake board boat" was a dd supra launch. I almost pulled the trigger on one real similar to your link last winter. Haven't had a ride behind an ssv though. Bet with similar ballast it would be sweet.

I've spent a lot of time behind a 2007 22ssv, but if I recall correctly, they made a big change that year. The wake on 2007 was great though, big and rampy. At the price of that supra though, especially if you have to pay tax versus a private party sale in MN. You'll be in 06-07 vlx money at that point.

The wake is very steep. If you are new or beginning rider, it's not very freindly.

I have a little soft spot for that hull as well. Landed my first heel 5 behind it.

Sure wish Malibu put those Supra towers on their boats. The lower horizontal bar just flows nice with the curve of the windshield and it looks more sturdy than any Titan tower. What brand tower does Supra use and can they be retrofitted on a Malibu?
