Trav, what ever happened with your case?

The option gene gave me was to pay difference for a new set of lights. The problem was the new lights did not match up to the current hole alignment. There was one row of lights out on the led, all the others were still working, so I just ended up leaving it. We never even used the lights but a couple times the entire time we had the boat. Underwater led lights I will more than likely never add to a boat again, just never seems to get used.

I would not purchase his lights again, I think they are not legitimately light tested (lumens) and lack quality. The brass on my lights got dull and looked old after one season in fresh water.

That whole Wakeworld, Malibucrew posting was insane, but good reading. I'm assuming he's changing his name because of the way he ran his business, but you can't change douchy.

Reading about Gene ranting about how great he was and how stupid everyone else was and how he stocks American Products made me go by Chinese carryout that night. It was delicious and I thought about Gene with every chop stick full of The Generals Chicken.

He Got his money back, and he was tookin care of. This a flagrant abuse on my company. Our stuff is made in Miami Florida USA.. No China. I'll admit it slow our business down alittle bit... now it is going to far .. Can you just let go . I'll give you our best set of lights to make this go away. Im an American tring to run an American business.. Just stop, Please!

Look Im not smart. I'll admit it. Im a machinist I only know math. Look I sell my 2 lights all metal with remote for less then $150 a set, and are as or brighter then OceanLeds for 4x less the cost . and are of metal not plastic.

Im not bad guy. 1 guy just try's to ruin my life.. you guys think that funny?

I'll skip all of the obvious things wrong here & go straight for the throat.

You have an unbelievably poor grasp (or maybe none at all) on what drives your business. It's not about you. It's about your customers, & more specifically how well or poorly you treat them. The money/refund/free product is only a small part of this whole shebacle for you. You treated your customer like crap, & then expected to buy your way out of the bad will that YOU created. With most people, that doesn't get it done. Not even close. And yet you continue to make this about you.

And then you threatened the owners of this site with litigation on multiple occasions, and you expect the people here to forgive all of that? Really? Wow.
