Axis T23

The Axis T23 has been announced. I saw pictures of a white and blue one through Instagram this morning. Check out the @Wetsounds and @wakeboatporn account. I have yet to see pictures anywhere else. Thoughts on this size?

Why bother with a boat that's only 1 ft longer? Cant notice the difference unless you have a measuring tape. A T24 would have made more sense to me. Same argument for the 22 vlx and 23 lsv. W.T.F. No 21ish ft offering anymore. Enlighten me.

That's a bug axis. I agree with the initial thoughts already posted, what's another foot? Makes more sense to me to have a 21 and 23 or 22 and 24.

Either way, too much boat for my storage space!

This also looks like Malibu will start pressing Axis more and more. Surely they realize that the $120k market is small but the overall desire for wakeboats is increasing. An $85k option for a "full" sized boat is a good idea.

As far as performance and function, I would.

Exactly, Axis has done this in the wakeboard wake since day one and now the surf wave will be there...who knows, maybe better and $20k-$30k cheaper

T22 vs T23 is a 19" difference

22VLX vs 23LSV 14" difference.

Axis T-series same hull shape (at least same hull name) but isn't the VLX more of a true wakeboard hull boat versus being a "wake plus" or "Diamond" hull for the 23LSV?

It seems so. Chad sharpe got a 22vlx for his boat this year. I wonder what Phil and the rest will get.

A Solven edition MXZ was announced as well

Any idea what that includes, a poor attitude?

I don't see any draw for a Soven edition.
