Much much more stable, less tongue weight

Tongue weight should be the same between them, you want 10-15% of the weight on the tongue to be stable, regardless of 1, 2, 3 or 4 axles.

Regarding the OPQ, not having a trailer might not really hurt the resale value of the boat, but it might hurt the resell-abiliy. Like others have said, if you reduce your selling price to match a no-trailer, then it could sell. But i would be looking for MORE of a reduction because i am going to have to order and wait on a trailer, probably at full price, and not have the boat i just bought while i wait.

I would recommend a basic trailer that meets the needs - tandem, good tires, disc brakes.
