Ahhh gotcha! Those were the beginning of the emissions choked era. 2.3 is the displacement of the new ecoboost stangs. Ford racing tuned one and got it in the 11s in the quarter if I remember.

While SD was cruzing his stang turbo, I had something close to this, with Texas and Mexican Flags on the front. We were able to carry a 16 gallon keg in the back seat for longer road trips.

You just had to go there. I have an early '84 and can't give it away. Not sure how many are left, but it was one of 1200. I daily drove it for 2 years in college and sadly its been sitting ever since.
