07 vlx mid tank won't fill

Hey all. My mid tank will not fill. The drain pump works fine. I cannot find info on where the mid ballast fill motor is. Anyone have a view where all pumps are located?

Near the vdrive on starboard side (rear fills are on port side and tee'd into a single thru-hull).

mid hard tank fill should be in the little access locker right next to the driver seat(in the walk through portion)

I know my 06 VLX has 3 pumps in that locker(one fill for the bow hard tank, one fill for the mid hard tank and the mid hard tank drain)

Pull the cartridge housing, crack the valve open and than close quickly. Reinstall the cartridge and it should fill.

I was going to say, that's where my mid tank fill pump is.

Although Nate, there's no bilge pump in there. My bilge in the back, under the motor.

+1...my front tank gives me grief once and awhile. Sometimes they will stick and not spin, so a tap or two on the top will free them up or pull the cartridge and help it along. Good luck.

FWIW, mine is a 2004

I guess it was what ever they felt like doing that day or the difference between TN and CA production. Can't understand the main bilge being back there, I could see a second pump/back up back there but not the main.

Appreciate all the feedback. The pump for my front ballast was in rear compartment under seat by v drive transmission. Took it apart and tried to clean it. In the end I ended up buying new pump and swapping it out. All good now. Tx
