New Truck Help

Okay, I've been researching tonneau covers. I like the Retrax, but don't want to fork over the cash. I want to make sure and do the truck justice, but will something like the Truxedo Lo Pro QT look cheap? I've seen this one for under $400 on amazon.com. Thoughts???

Undercover brand is really good. That's what we are getting for the dodge and many friends have it. Some have the painted one some have the sliding or roll up one.<br /><br /><br />Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk <br />

I've had an Undercover on mine for 4yrs, flat black,.. I'd give it a B :

Had to get 2" around the top of the bed rail sprayed with Rhino liner as it chaffed the paint from shaking and wiggling from regular driving. Minor... But expect paint chafe and some type of spray liner to protect that 2" where if overlaps.

The gas shocks last about 2-3 yrs. Already replaced both of mine, hard to find the exact specs so you buy from them off their website.

Had the replace the forward gasket flange between the front of the bed so when you lift it when it's wet, it won't dump all the water in the front of the bed. Buy from their website.

Very slight color fading, nothing terrible or extreme. Just not a sharp flat black after 4yrs.

It earns a B rating due to low cost, super easy to use and light weight.

I'm not a fan of that style of cover. I want something that I can use the bed without removing anything.

My Mom picked up a new Ford Escape Titanium 2.0L EcoBoost. I had a chance to drive it yesterday. Wow you would never know you are driving a 4 Cyl !
