New tap talk app won't let me upload pictures

I know this is likely the wrong spot for this post...sorry mods but the new tap talk app I downloaded will not allow me to upload pictures. The message I get tells me the form does not allow me to upload pictures from this app. Am I doing something wrong as the old version of tap talk let me upload pictures.

Got it had to change a setting on the new app.
