'12 stock ballast surf set up help

Yes I have read and will order additional ballast but the new boat (we bought it this spring) is in the water for the season. I have a 2012 23 lsv with the full mls ballast system. I have ridden rope less before but still learning. I spend most of my boat time with my 4 yr old and wife (yah I know, I need to add human ballast) , how should I set up the boat to go rope less until I can pull it out of the water and add the propper ballast?

Surf side full, front full and I go about 3/4 full with the center tank. Wedge all the way down and then 1 or 2 clicks up. For speed go around 10 MPH and adjust from there. Get all the weight you can on that surf side!
