Pop Yachts Legit?

I know they are legit, they are like a brokerage company. So they have ridiculously high priced boats sometimes.

That ad seem reasonable. They are missing some options so it's priced accordingly.

Their prices always seem really steep. Like the seller expects to get what the market price is and then ADD the brokerage costs on top of that price rather than subtracted from that price. Great for the seller and POP if they can find someone to pay their asking price.

This company has come up here & on other boat forums in the past. They do appear to be legit, but lets face it, their making money above what the seller is asking. And it isn't tough to find quite a few complaints about them on the net.

BTW, that 08 Vride with the true flame vinyl wrap is HOT!

Awesome wrap and so reasonably priced

I actually decided to go with the 2007 V-ride that I was looking at in my other thread.

Bill, I had read on other threads about you wakesettering out your Vride. I would love to see some picks if you have a link or don't mind. Your boat gallery is locked.

Try it now...... not sure how or why that is locked after how many years online???

I bought the Vride used. The original owner ordered it with a boatload of Wakesetter options...... stainless rubrail insert, decals, rear ballast, PerfectPass, etc. I've been adding & improving over the years.

Tonite I picked up the boat with a new above the tower bimini, custom made to my specs. This thing is badass on a Titan II.

I'll get some pics of it tomorrow.

Ironically..... I drove by our lake yesterday, Solid ice except for like a 6' gap from the beach to the ice. We had a little wind & rain today.... hoping it broke things up a little. Maybe I'll get to take the paddleboard out for the first session tomorrow. :surprised:

That boat is awesome! Did you add the bow speakers and LED lights? I like those alot and would love to know how to/where to get them. Do boats that have the subs and extra speakers need a 2 battery setup? I am actually not sure if the boat I am getting has one. Is it necessary, hard or expensive to add?

Thanks... it's been a great boat for me The bow speakers & interior LEDs were done by the original owner. I added the swimstep LEDs, and am thinking of adding more, including the bow light, tower & interior LEDs & whatever else.

The bow speakers are custom built boxes with MB Quartz 6" speakers in them. Sub box is custom too, but pretty easily found now days.

Let us know specifically what boat your looking at &..... believe me...... we'll all let ya know what you should do with it.
