Any idea where I can buy crush proof hose to use for the ballast pumps I am installing?

My guess would be home improvement store (home depot or lowe's), maybe your dealer, or a pool and spa kind of store.

Home Depot & Lowe's carry a clear hose available in a variety of sizes that has braiding in it to keep it from kinking. I used it on my last ballast project & plan to use it again when I revamp my current boat's system. Good stuff & not terribly expensive. Lowe's has it available in bulk by the foot & I think Home Depot does as well, but maybe not in as many sizes. Hope that helps.

I did all of mine with the braided clear tubing from Home Depot.

Its the 3/4 ID and 1" OD.

$1.08 per foot.

Has performed flawlessly for the 2 seasons its been installed

The stock stuff is available at West Marine and Boater's world. But, I'd go with the clear tubing with the braiding. I've had small pin holes develop in the stock stuff before.
