Techinal difficulties connecting to forum from mobile device

I cannot connect to the forum with tapatalk or the "free" ip.board mobile app, which costs $1.99.

With tapatalk I have tried using bogeypro and my email address to connect, but they both say no such user.

The ip.board app never seems to find the community. I have used http://themalibucrew.com, www.themalibucrew.com, themalibucrew.com, but none of them work.

Any ideas why? I am using iPhone 3.

The IP Board mobile app has not been updated by IPS in some time & is not compatible with this version. It's possible that the 2 plugins are competing with each other, although I've never heard of that on a mobile device. You need to use Tapatalk & maybe (after making sure that it's updated to the latest version) try clearing its cache, maybe even reinstalling it. It's working fine for me & I'm seeing no reports of issues on their forums with specific devices.
