Rev 10's On An Illusion Tower

I'm picking up a pair of rev10's and from exp from my friends AXIS and rev8's you need to rotate them up so they don't kill riders in the back of the boat. Is it possible to rotate them up a little on the illusion tower or do you need to by the quick connects?

Yes, you need the swivel collars. That's an effective technique so the tower speakers are parallel to the water when the boat is squated and pulling.
