flat wedge plate

I have an 01 Sunsetter (diamond hull) that has a pro-v wedge and it seems to me it should have a flat style wedge.

anyone know how much a flat plate will cost and where to get?

Yep, I have the same boat as you and the diamond hulls are supposed to have the flat plate foil. I'm not sure if it's as simple as just swapping the plate. The ends of the arms might be tapered to mate up to the V foil. Don't know for sure though since I've never seen one in person. Your best bet would probably be to try to sell your's and then keep an eye out for the right one on the used market (tough, it took me quite a while to come up w/ one) or go to your dealer.

If you can't buy one, make one. It shouldn't cost very much to have the tips milled square and have an aluminum plate cut and drilled. You can polish it yourself.
