Left ballast not draining on VLX 2011 HELP

Fills up but when its time to drain it doesnt work , use the go home setting nothing, use mtc drain the left nothing...

after i start to head home it ends up working ..has done it to me twice now...

were is the drain pump ??? so i can check for loose wire?

or if anyone has similar experience can they tell me what caused it

it happens to me sometimes. vacuum problem. i have found 2 solution. first put it under pressure with the filling pump until it overflow and immediately put the drain pump on. second, stand up on the tank with the drain pump on (this put pressure also).

also did that once pressed fill even though it was filled and then quick drain and it started draining..
