I assume it straps down to the trailer? Yes, you can tow with it but if it rubs on the gel-coat it will leave marks. It will depend on highway speed and distance.

I would not tow with it............it more of a mooring cover

I have the stock Malibu mooring cover and was wondering if I can tow with it. Thanks
