anti freeze leak on 2011 monsoon..

boat has 5 hours on it.. has a closed cooling system 350 monsoon,

there a plate that a hose attaches to that comes from the cooling system and attaches to a piece of metal that sits on engine ,2 bolts where plate sits on engine is leaking anti freeze into a small area

and has stripped paint of..

is this a gasket problem where plate sits on engine or bolts on this plate that hose attaches need to be tightened??

The plate is the bracket to hold the heat exchanger. It uses the the thermostat bolts to mount to the engine, on top of a different thermostat housing. There is a gasket under the thermostat housing, but make sure the coolant is not leaking from the hose clamp (feed line from exchanger), and check the tightness of the bolts before replacing the gasket.

thanks !!

hose clamp screw was abit loose tightened it..hope its that.. as for plate screws impossible to tighten without taking off that black steel cover..
