My tips were made by Stainless Marine. As you can see in that thread, I went to 4" exhaust all the way back. If you aren't wanting to change you exhaust diameter, give Jerry at Stainless Marine a call and he can custom make you a pair that fit your boat perfectly.

The flat spot in the recess "pocket" on my old Bu only allowed for a 5 3/4" flange so their 6 1/2" flanged "off th shelf" tips wouldn't fit so I went the custom route. I just told Jerry exactly what I wanted and they welded it up for me within a week and a half. Well worth the time and effort. They look amazing.

There are several suppliers (CP Performance, Stainless Marine, IMCO among others) that offer stainless tips. You will want to determine the size you are interested in using, they come in 1/2" increments from 3" on up. The typical current production boat uses a 3.5" tip, I upgraded my boat with 4" tips but like Martin built my own exhaust system and added the same aluminum headers to go with it. Makes a very nice package and the aluminum headers cut a lot of weight out of the boat. I have been running my system going on 6+ years.
