Prop on 2007 RLXi

I have this boat since it was new. It came with the Acme 525 from the dealership. I was wondering if this is the prop that usually comes with the boat or is it the 515?

I know that the difference is 1/2" pitch (~5%) but this will explain my buddies remarks that the engine is a little fast compared with their boats. Prop what just repaired and we are now at 11.1 pitch so I am thinking on a replacement for next year.

Any thoughts? Boat is used %90 of the time for skiing.

I have the 525 (13x11.5) on my 2011 ... What motor are you running? I have the Monsoon. I've had both the 515 and 525 and I honestly can't tell the difference. I actually have a spare 515 that is in like new condition if you are interested in trying. Thread

I'm in Shrewsbury...ski at Quinsig and Oakham...have we met?

Just got a 2008 LXi that came with the original prop - a 515. also purchached a spare 515 based on the owners recommendation and and some "blog" research. You may try it and return if you would like.

By the way, i posted recently about some water in the forward ski locker that seems to "seep" through from the bilge. Any experience with that?
