Stock ballast in surf side, center and bow. Wedge 1 click up. Additional 750 in rear locker, 400 in walkway & 400 in bow. speed at 10.8

I have since replaced teh 750 with an 1100 in each locker.

Nick,

Can you elaborate on how you have the weight distributed & your crew in that VTX? That's a good looking wake, most of them that I've ridden behind with stock ballast are rampier than that, but that's got some peak to it that I haven't seen before.

Like I said guys, NOT MY BOAT!

My boat doesn't look anything like that, it gets washed everytime we come home and the interior is looking as good as the day we picked it up.

I think we were running in the vtx, 2 750's in the rear hatches, 700 in the center, and a 500 in the bow,

I'm pretty sure we had some lead in it as well.

Nice wakes!

I know it's not your Nautique, and sorry to drag the thread along on it, but GEEZ! That is the second worst looking boat I've seen that is still functioning. The first worst was an Echelon on Ebay...but at least that guy taped up his split seams!

That's the biggest VTX wake I've seen. What's the speed/line length and engine/prop setup?

80ft, 22.4mph

320lcr, and wake prop!

it barely ever gets loaded up like this, usually we just run stock weight with wedge and about 8 people in the boat

That beats the Echelon IMO. That Nautique just called and said it hates it's life! Dang....you would have to make sure all you vaccinations are up to par before hopping in that thing!

On the other hand that VTX wake looks like da bomb! Rockon.gif

That condition didn't happen overnight, I'm guess the xstar will follow in its lead. I don't get people sometime! I'm not all too anal about my stuff, but gee that Nautique goes above filth and is pure disgust and germ ridden
