If it looks that bad, I'd suspect the stringers and floor are yuk too. Not glass yet in 91. Otherwise, could be a sweet boat.

OUCH.... I love projects but I would steer away from this!!! When did ALL boat companies go away from wood stringers? Does any still use wood? Are/Have there ever been issues with glass stringers?
