"2008 make it right service"

I was told about Malibu's "make it right" program by another member. I searched the forums and came up empty.

Anyone have info. on this program or a thread that explains what it is about?

Concerned about my XS tower on my 2008. Rack fell off and I can't keep the pins locked. Read about bushings needing to be replaced?

I was told today by Malibu there isn't a warranty on the tower because the maker, Metcraft, is out of business. Any info on this program will help me deal with Malibu.

But I was doing it wrong I was going to search box at the bottom of each forum.
