How do i post a picture in a new topic???

Trying to post a picture in a new topic in "modifications & accessories for your bu" but for some reason it only lets me put in a URL when clicking on the insert picture??? i tried the help section but it didnt really giv me the answer. unless im just completely stupid! any help would be great... Cheers!

You can't upload a pic. from your hard drive unless you're a paying member.

You could put the pic. on a photo sharing website like photo bucket and link it in.
