I am a new member and my boat is taking in alot of water (more than four meaters). This started out minor and now has become a major concern to me. The billdge seems to come on every five minutes. Before I launched the boat last weekend I made sure that all the water was drained out and then put in the plug. After launching I could here the water coming in (sitting at the dock). I grab a flash light and spotted the location. It is flowing like a stream from the right rubber exhaust pipe. This is not normal! After our day was complete I drained the boat again and noticed that water was draining from the same exhaust pipe but on the exterior side. I stuck my hand in the hole and felt that the silicant used to seal the gap between the rubber pipe and the exterior flap pipe was broken. I aslo felt water draining from that same area. Can any one help me? I am tight on money and would like to fix it my self. I went to West Marein and purchased a water proof, heat proof, stick to anything sealant to reseal the gap. Will this help and/or work?

remove the hose clamp from the inside, unscrew the exhaust outlet from the outside, remove all old sealant, apply new sealant and reassemble..... very easy
