I have quite a bit of mould/mildew that continues to return after being cleaned away with warm soapy water. Any idea's on how best to clean boat upholstery and carpet?

If you keep getting mold and mildew your boat is to humid. You need to get a marine dehumidifier. I've got one like this.

Keep this plugged in inside your boat and it will solve your problem.

Use vinyl cleaner, make sure the seats are dry, put the dehumidifier in the boat and you're done. You shouldn't have mold or mildew again at that point.
