Where can I get an exact replacement of a speedo pitot (Pick-up) for a 1996 Response?

That one works the same but the hole pattern is slightly different. The original Air Guide pitot was all plastic and is no longer available unless you can find it on ebay

I wasn't sure if that would be too new for his boat.

I looked and didn't see any other pitots on ski dim so, I went for it.

As the other post stated, the holes don't quite line up but they are very close. Simply elongate the two bottom holes on the pitot slightly with a drill bit and they work in the same mounting holes from the original airguides.

Actually that one is better. I have a 95 SS with one original and one like that. the latter is less prone to clogs and the originals have a tendancy to break where the hose attaches when you remove the hose for the winter.

I'll second this. I bought that unit pistolpete linked to replace a broken airguide pitot on my 97. It was so much more reliable than the original airguide that I bought a second one and replaced the other pitot tube even though it wasn't broken.
