I'm conducting a survey to collect research for a wakeboard boat design project. It shouldn't take more than a couple minutes.

Same thing, second question there was something wrong with the programed survey I could only pick one question

Would like to do the survey but the listed problems above make it hard to fill out. Soon as it is corrected let us know please.

I completed the survey. It only allows you put to one check mark in that column....so just move the check mark to the left or right and it will allow it. I would assume it is so he can rank each of the options and so that no two options have the same rank for any one person.
