Bilge Pump Location

I purchased a 2002 Sunsetter this year. Last week I noticed that the Bilge Pump kicked on, but there was no discharge. I managed to get the water out, so the pump stopped running. The dealer suggested that I may have some debris in the pump, and that I should remove the pump's cover and clean it out. I started looking in the engine compartment, then in the access panel behind the engine cover, then in the ski locker. I can't find the bilge pump. Is it between the ski locker and the engine compartment? If so, I would need to remove a plate that is at the front of the engine compartment, that looks like it is secured with 2 screws near the top edge on both the left and right sides. Can anyone give me the benefit of their experience with locating and accessing the pump? Thank you.

Yep, that's where it is: between the ski locker and the main part of the engine compartment behind that plate.
