LED accent lighting

At the recommendation of several people I ordered some super bright LEDS from superlumination that are the festoon mount to replace the regular bulbs in my Bu.

Unfortunately, I am not very impressed. The light output seams to be less, though a much nicer color, than the regular bulbs. I went the more expensive $10 super bright in hopes they would offer more light. One reason I went with the festoon bulbs is that it did not appear it would be easy to remove the existing festoon fixtures. They were screwed on the backside, which is covered with vinyl in the front now.

If I go with something else, what does anyone recommend? I would like to see pictures if possible of what others have done.

Go with LED tubes for the gunnel's and the festoons for storage areas.

Previous owner installed the interior LEDs. And then I installed the transom LEDs.
